Care Navigation & Coordination
Seattle Central College offers a Care Navigation & Coordination Certificate designed to prepare individuals who are interested in coordination and advocacy roles across health and human services systems. The certificate is based on the concept of integrated care for the whole person and focuses on strategies to navigate care for clients.
Care coordinators and navigators act as liaisons between clients, and many facets of healthcare systems. As a care coordinator or navigator, you may work closely with an interdisciplinary medical team.
